Calderdale College is recruiting for a Maintenance Manager on a permanent basis. The role entails managing the Facilities Assistants and Security Guards (although management of the security team is in the process of being reviewed to enable the successful candidate to focus on facilities only) and their daily duties, the successful candidate would also be responsible for managing all hard service contractors on site, ensuring they are working in accordance with correct specifications, agreed SLAs and KPIs.

The successful candidate will ensure that all hard services contribute to the effective operational management of the College and its support to teaching, learning and business support activities.
