Are you passionate about helping young people navigate their next steps in education? As an Outreach Hub Assistant, you'll play a key role in engaging with students across local secondary schools, introducing them to a range of post-16 pathways and college courses. You'll collaborate with school staff, including careers leads, to create impactful opportunities that align with the Gatsby benchmarks and support informed decision-making.

This dynamic role involves organising and delivering a variety of activities—from careers fairs and assemblies in schools to taster days and campus tours at college. You’ll also work closely with curriculum teams to ensure pupils have access to engaging, relevant experiences that showcase the possibilities ahead.

The term time salary based on 22.2 hours per week over 40 weeks per year is £12,782.92 – £13,882.93
