Quality Assurance Specialist Administrator – Teaching & Learning

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality assurance in teaching and learning?

DN Colleges Group is offering an exciting opportunity to support the Quality team as a Quality & Data Officer. The purpose of this role is to manage, review and report on various data sources.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Heads of Quality with administrative functions related to records management and quality assurance.

Maintain central logs for tracking and managing EQA reports, TLA summaries, queries, and potential issues.

Complete audits, facilitate surveys, and monitor results with curriculum leaders/directors.

Manage the content of the apprenticeship e-Portfolio system to maintain accurate records and data.

Analyse and prepare reports for Heads in preparation for meetings.

Support the planning and delivery of training through the learning enhancement team.

Attend relevant quality meetings, act as a minute taker, and manage meeting logistics.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation within the quality team.

Essential Criteria

Level 2 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in quality assurance/admin in education.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Effective organisation, prioritising, and administrative skills.

Good communication skills and ability to analyse data.

Desirable Criteria

Qualification in level 3 and above in administration and IT.

GCSE in maths and English.

Knowledge of internal and external quality assurance.

Experience in using ProSolution, Smart Assessor & PowerBI.
