About Us:

The Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Special Needs College Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure the highest quality of education and care for our students. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a team, create positive learning experiences, and help shape the future of our learners.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the college centre, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
Lead, manage, and support a team of educators and support staff.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and progress.
Ensure compliance with SEN policies, safeguarding protocols, and educational standards.
Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to provide holistic support for students.
Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, implementing improvements where necessary.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimise learning opportunities.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience in managing SEN provision or working in a leadership role within a special education setting.
A strong understanding of special educational needs, safeguarding, and inclusive education practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
A passion for making a positive impact in the lives of young people with SEN.
Relevant qualifications in education, special needs, or management are desirable.
