Are you ready to inspire the engineers of tomorrow? DNCG are looking to recruit lecturers in Fabrication & Welding to join our dynamic team at North Lindsey College.
What we’re looking for:
Level 3 in Fabrication & Welding
Experience in the fabrication and welding industry.
Maths & English GCSE’s (C/Level 4 and above)
A maintained subject knowledge on industry developments, and links with the sector.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning and working environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering a high-quality teaching and learning experience to a cohort of engineering students.
Implementing new technologies into programmes of study
Building relationships both across group and externally with industry partners to further enhance the teaching experience, and encourage progression into industry
Integrating functional skills into lessons.
Managing student behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
