The Keep Learning Trust is seeking an outstanding, inspirational Headteacher to lead Park View Primary School.

The Keep Learning supports young learners to fulfil their academic potential and become successful lifelong learners. Now home to five schools in the Greater Manchester area, the Trust continues to bring its vision of ‘creating lifelong chances and choices for all our pupils’ to life as it enters its next phase of growth.

Park View Primary School is a thriving, welcoming and inclusive two-form entry school with an active and supportive local community. Delivering a well-structured curriculum from Foundation Stage through to Key Stage 2, the school was rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in 2022. The school’s vision is that all Park View children achieve their potential and develop into caring, responsible and hardworking citizens, underpinned by a culture that promotes academic excellence, creativity, and personal growth.

The new Headteacher will promote excellence and innovation within and beyond the school into the community, continuing to build on our school’s considerable strengths and remove barriers that inhibit access to equal educational opportunities.

The successful candidate will be passionate about primary education and be an outstanding, inspirational senior leader with the drive and enthusiasm to lead the school towards higher achievements in its next chapter.

They will have experience of motivating, challenging and empowering a school team of staff, whilst able to organise workload, show flexibility and resilience and recognise the need for pastoral care for all members of the community of the school.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, a confident communicator, able to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders and have a commitment to well-being and mental health.
