Join Our Team as a Programme Tutor – Electrical

Do you have extensive hands-on experience in groundwork ? We’re looking for a committed Programme Tutor to inspire and train the next generation of skilled tradespeople!

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Practical work development in workplace. Conduct engaging high-quality support sessions with apprentices, focusing on knowledge and skills development supporting them to apply in real-world applications.
  • Collaborate with employers and learners to develop customised training plans that meet their needs, industry standards and Industry requirements. Track learner progress and provide ongoing mentorship to help them thrive in their careers
  • Prepare for Success: Support learners to succeed in their End Point Assessments with your expert guidance and industry insights.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong connections with employers by engaging in face to Face visits to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

The successful candidate must have . A Level 3 Electrotechnical qualification / NVQ L3 in Electrical (or equivalent) is essential for this role.
