School Engagement Officer

• 0.8 FTE – 30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year – Permanent
• Salary: £23,808 – £26,760 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
• Actual Salary: £19,304 – £21,697 per annum

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and proactive School Engagement Officer to join our team. This role involves promoting Post-16, Higher Education, and Apprenticeship opportunities, as well as developing and implementing a programme to widen participation. In this role you will support the transition of Year 11 students to Post-16 Education and collaborate with schools to provide essential guidance.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a range of schools and engage young people in their future education options. It is an exciting, varied role within a dynamic and rewarding sector. We are looking for a motivated team member eager to contribute to the success of our students.
