Are you an organised, proactive, and highly professional individual looking to support a dynamic educational leader? Holland Park School is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to the Principal to provide high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth and effective running of the Headteacher’s office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Headteacher’s diary, appointments, and correspondence efficiently.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
Assist with school communication, reports, and documentation.
Support HR and recruitment processes where required.
Undertake other administrative duties to enhance school operations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
Previous experience in an educational setting (desirable but not essential).
