Job Details
- Stone Lodge – Ipswich (3 days per week), Sunrise – Lowestoft, Priory – Bury St. Edmunds (1 day per week), Peile Centre – Ipswich (1 day per week)
- 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year – Permanent
- Commencing January 2025
- Monday – Thursday (08:30 – 16:30), Friday (08:30 – 16:00)
- Salary: £31,585 – £35,235per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
We are looking for a dedicated and driven SEND Review Officer to oversee and manage the statutory review processes for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). In this role, you will ensure students are placed in appropriate educational settings and provide ongoing support through regular reviews and planning meetings.
The successful candidate will demonstrate previous experience in coordinating SEND provision and processes. Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are essential. Possession of supporting relevant qualifications in the sector would also be highly advantageous.We offer a wide range of staff benefits including:

SENDAT operates various schools and programme designed to help children and young adults with SEND, offering specialised teaching, outreach services, and alternative provision to meet diverse educational needs. We work closely with schools and communities across the eastern region of England, providing training, consultancy, and tailored support for both students and staff. Our services include trauma-informed approaches, safeguarding expertise, curriculum adaptation, and behaviour support.
