About Us: SFE is an award-winning charity that provides educational support and professional development services to schools and communities in Birmingham. We believe in the transformative power of education and music, and aim to empower every learner to reach their full potential.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Trustee, you will:

• Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure the charity fulfils its mission and objectives
• Support and challenge the executive team to drive the charity’s performance and impact
• Act as an ambassador for SFE, promoting our values and work within the community

What We’re Looking For:

• A commitment to the aims and values of SFE
• Experience in governance, education, finance, fundraising, or community engagement
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• The ability to think strategically and work collaboratively
