Supported Learning Tutor (Variable Hours)

About the Role

RHACC delivers employability skills, basic skills and wellbeing courses for adult learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to help them maximise their potential and achieve their aspirations.

The role is to teach SEND learners on courses based at outreach centres in Kingston, for our Eco-ops Adult Learning provision.  The role is variable hours, and working patterns will be negotiated during the term time to suit the availability of the successful applicant(s).

About You

The successful applicant(s) will have experience in teaching either English, Maths or Digital Skills courses to SEND learners.  You will have excellent communication and record-keeping skills, the ability to motivate learners to succeed, and have a supportive and positive approach.
