Esher Sixth Form College is an extremely successful, non-selective Sixth Form College situated in Thames Ditton, Surrey. We pride ourselves on creating a friendly and dynamic atmosphere for all students and staff. We are one of the few colleges in the country to achieve ‘Outstanding’ in all areas of our last two full Ofsted inspections.

Our new Chair of Trustees will lead our Academy Trust in ensuring that it fulfils its responsibilities for the governance of the College. Working in partnership with the Principal, senior staff and Clerk, you will help us achieve our mission and strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will be a strategic visionary with a passion for education and community development. This role demands a commitment to upholding the College’s ethos, enhancing its educational provision and optimising the relationship between the Academy Trust, students, staff and stakeholders of the College.
