- Salary: £28,503 – £30,239 pro rata (£16,912 – £17,942 actual salary)
- Hours: 25 hours per week
- This position is Fixed Term from January 2025 to October 2025
We have an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Support Mentor to join a friendly, supportive, and positive team. The role is varied with lots of opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge.
You will be required to:
- Meet with learners regularly and complete their individual learning plans
- Plan and schedule meetings with students, ensuring they receive the allocated support
- Monitor and review set targets
- Contribute to the monitoring and support of student progress
As a Curriculum Support Mentor, you should be confident, well organised, and proactive with good IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
You will have:
- GCSEs in English and Maths A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
- Experience of supporting students within an educational environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
This is a diverse role where you will be building relationships with curriculum and support staff, and many other stakeholders.
