• Salary: £28,503 – £30,239 pro rata (£16,912 – £17,942 actual salary)
• Hours: 25 hours per week
• This position is Fixed Term from January 2025 to October 2025

We have an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Support Mentor to join a friendly, supportive, and positive team. The role is varied with lots of opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge.

You will be required to:

• Meet with learners regularly and complete their individual learning plans
• Plan and schedule meetings with students, ensuring they receive the allocated support
• Monitor and review set targets
• Contribute to the monitoring and support of student progress

As a Curriculum Support Mentor, you should be confident, well organised, and proactive with good IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

You will have:

• GCSEs in English and Maths A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
• Experience of supporting students within an educational environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

This is a diverse role where you will be building relationships with curriculum and support staff, and many other stakeholders.
