About the role

Through an increase in demand from our school and academy trust clients for our executive, leadership, and board search services, we are looking to appoint to our Schools and Academy Trusts team. Partnering with clients to undertake detailed briefings that inform a comprehensive search for talent, followed by a comprehensive search and the design and delivery of selection and assessment activity, you will join a busy team led by Eddie Caviezel Cox and quickly get to work recruiting chief executive officers, chairs, and other influential roles.

Who we are looking for

Whilst experience in recruiting for leadership roles in the education sector would be helpful, we don’t consider it to be an essential requirement.

An understanding of leadership and governance within schools and academy trusts is important, in order for us to continue providing sector-leading advice to executive teams and non-executive boards on best practice senior appointments processes. If not gained through the recruitment of senior leaders, we welcome interest from those with broader experience of consulting and sales in the education sector, as well as those with direct experience of leadership and management gained from time spent within the sector.

Salary: Up to £38,000 plus commission, depending on the level of experience
