As an excellent communicator who is approachable and effective at building relationships and partnerships throughout the Trust, you will share our commitment to the academic success and personal growth of every student, with the determination and resilience needed to fulfil the demands of leading a large inner-city school through the challenges of the broader educational climate. Above all, you will have a proven track record that prepares you to build innovatively on the many types of excellence already demonstrated by Loxford School, while articulating a strategic vision in a way that ensures the continued support of all stakeholders.
