FTE Salary: up to £23,838.00 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)
Actual Salary: up to £5,160.91
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time, Term-Time only
Working Hours: 9 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Welcoming all visitors to QR: students, staff & visitors
- Work closely with Course Leaders and lecturers to provide administrative support in tracking learners (Learner database, SLAs, student profiles)
- Support with Adult part time courses, with paper enrolments and tracking and monitoring attendance and VHL’s additional work
- In liaison with Course Leaders, prepare and maintain the database of course information and ensure leaflets and publicity material is relayed to Admissions.
- Liaising with admissions for full time students
- Creating, amending and updating all full time, part time and wellbeing courses
- Responding to QR mailbox, signposting email and telephone enquiries.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
- Providing administrative support to a team of QR staff and learners enrolled on all courses full & part-time
- Level 2 Maths and English
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to adapt to consistently changing priorities
- IT Literate especially in understanding of Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
