Salary Grade: BR14; 36 hours per week across the whole academic year

Bromley Adult Education College (BAEC) is the Adult and Community Learning service for the London Borough of Bromley and provides courses for adults in a wide variety of subjects, from arts and crafts to English, maths, digital skills and ESOL as well as Learners with Learning Difficulties and Disabilities (LLDD).
We are excited to be advertising for the position of Head of Funding and Performance to manage the data, funding, performance reporting, enrolment/management information systems and the exams functions.
As part of the Senior Management Team at the College, you will take a strategic overview of the use of funding allocations and budgets as well as advising the rest of the team as to how to maximise the grants available. You will also be involved in exciting projects to ensure the future of the service following a successful OFSTED inspection this year.
You will manage a team of administrative staff including the Qualifications’ Officer as well as taking the lead on the IT Infrastructure and providing line management for the IT team.
As a key figure, you will lead on the ILR data returns functions, therefore we are seeking someone with experience within an adult education or further education environment. The post holder will work onsite across the two BAEC sites – Kentwood centre, Kingsdale Road, Penge, SE20 7PR and Poverest centre, Poverest Road, Orpington, BR5 2DQ.
