At Southwark College, part of NCG, you will join a dynamic Marketing, Recruitment and Communications team to deliver an exceptional experience for our students. You will work with the Student Support and Admissions Manager in providing an effective and comprehensive customer and admissions service, contributing to a comprehensive information, advice and guidance (IAG) service on the Southwark College curriculum offer to all age groups.
You will work collaboratively with internal departments to increase recruitment by developing positive relationships as well as ensuring that systems and operational processes are effectively developed, implemented, and maintained.
As part of this exciting role, you will:
Deliver high quality customer service across a range of different activities within the Marketing, Recruitment and Communications Department.
Improved communication and support with internal departments and external partners
Increased applications and enrolments from schools/academies and other education providers to Southwark College
Improved systems and processes are effectively implemented and support business growth
