Salary: £38,694.00 – £41,049 per annum (Salary points 39-41)

Join Our Team as a Quality, Teaching and Learning Lead (QTLL)
As a QTLL, you will be instrumental in driving and raising standards in teaching, learning and assessment across all areas of provision and enabling the college to achieve its aim of providing an exceptional experience for all students and apprentices. You will play an active role in quality assurance and quality enhancement to drive innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and raise standards in teaching, learning, and assessment across the college
Lead and inspire colleagues to achieve excellence in their practice
Actively contribute to quality assurance and improvement initiatives
Serve as a role model, promoting high ambition and best practices in education
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure continuous enhancement of the student/apprentice experience

An experienced professional with a strong understanding of quality assurance, quality improvement and outstanding teaching standards
