The aim of the role is to reduce their barriers to learning through making appropriate referrals and monitoring behaviour and attendance levels to ensure that they remain on programme.  Thinking outside the box to encourage re-engagement is required as well as a working knowledge of relevant college systems.

Educated to a relevant L3 qualification or equivalent is essential together with strong IT skills and GCSEs at grades A-C in English & Maths (or 4-9).
