LOCATION: West Bromwich Collegiate Academy
SALARY: Band D SCP 9-17 (£22,413 – £25,782 per annum)
HOURS: 37 Hours, term time plus 1 week
West Bromwich Collegiate Academy is an oversubscribed Secondary School in the Black Country. The Academy opened its doors in September 2019 with 175 students and has continued to grow each year and will have its first year of being at full capacity with 805 students in 2023.

We are looking for a Pastoral Manager to join our behaviour team.

Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure all student attendance records are accurate and up to date.
- To produce accurate management reports to support the drive to improve attendance across the school.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people and follow school and Trust policies including the staff code of conduct
