You will be joining us at an exciting time. Our proposed merger with Newham Sixth Form (NewVIc) is progressing well and offers a unique opportunity to bring together two great complementary colleges to enhance the quality and choice of courses for the learners in and around East London.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief People Officer to join our executive team. This new senior role will lead change and transformation to achieve our strategic aims and objectives. The successful candidate will ensure that all people-related activities are aligned to foster a strong and coherent culture based on our values. Attracting and retaining highly skilled and passionate staff has been a hallmark of our history, and our new Chief People Officer will continue this tradition.
