Nova Education Trust is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Head Teacher for Forest Town Primary School to ensure outstanding outcomes for all pupils.

Established in 2011, Nova Education Trust has successfully supported schools of all phases to secure improved educational standards.

Our family is currently made up of 15 academies (five primaries, nine secondaries and one sixth form college). In 2019, we entered into a long-term support partnership with Madani Schools Federation in Leicester to work with their two schools.

We create compelling school cultures where all are motivated to aspire and grow. We establish aspirational, celebratory, and inclusive learning cultures for pupils, staff, and our wider community.

We are committed to excellence; we are confident about our future and determined to achieve our dreams. We work with honesty, integrity, humility, and professionalism. We create opportunities for sharing and learning, and we pioneer civic collaborations.

Our mission is to create transformational schools.

As Head Teacher at Forest Town Primary School, you will provide professional leadership and management of the school while developing the vision and values to enable the school to deliver its aims and priorities.

You will encourage, develop and support members of staff to achieve success in school and promote harmonious working relationships. Additionally, you will ensure ambitious standards for all pupils and secure rich curriculum opportunities for effective learning.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of successful primary school senior leadership and the ability to drive and manage change efficiently. You will inspire and influence others within and beyond the school to promote the value of education in young people’s lives.

You will have a wide knowledge of effective teaching methods and experience in improving student progress and outcomes while serving in a Head Teacher position.

Creative and resilient, you will lead by example and have the skills to empower both students and staff to excel, enabling them to contribute to the vision and achieve their full potential.
