Evening and weekend Lettings Receptionist

The Stockwood Park Academy is looking to recruit an organised, reliable, and confident Lettings Receptionist for evenings and weekends. As a Lettings Receptionist you will provide cover and support to the Academy’s Main reception during out of school hours and weekends to assist with lettings, school functions and events and any admin duties that the school/Lettings Co-Ordinator may require.

Key Duties:

·       To provide cover and support to the Academy’s Main reception during out of school hours and weekends.

·       To assist with lettings, school functions and events.

·       Various admin duties that the school/Lettings Co-Ordinator may require.

·       To deputise for the Lettings Coordinator when necessary and be available to cover at our sister site when there is a business need.

·       To promote the Academies Facilities and generate new leads, by marketing our sites and finding innovative ways to push our brand, to ensure a steady increase in revenue.

·       To represent the Shared Learning Trust out of school hours, in a professional, client focused manner.

The ideal candidate will have:

·       General office and administration skills.

·       Experience in office systems such as word processing, spreadsheets, data bases, Outlook and Word.

·       Good customer service and communications skills

·       Friendly, helpful and Solution orientated.

·       Flexible

Job Specifics:

Position: Evening and weekend Lettings Receptionist

Responsible to: Lettings Co-Ordinator and Business Manager

Salary: NJC L3 Point 6 – 8 Salary £23,893 up to £24,702 FTE. Actual pro rata salary £11,230 – £11,610 average hours pw 17.25hrs, 52 weeks a year.

Working Pattern:  Maternity Fixed term until 31st May 2025

Part Time over a 2-week rotation

Week 1  Sat 9am – 5pm, Mon 6pm – 10pm, Tues 6pm – 10pm, Fri 5.30pm – 9pm (19 Hours)

Week 2  Sun 9am – 5pm, Weds 6pm – 10pm, Thurs 6pm – 10pm (15.5 Hours)
