About the Role:

As an A-levels Business Lecturer, you will be a key member of our dynamic and dedicated team, responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lectures to our enthusiastic cohort of students. Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver captivating lectures, seminars, and workshops on various business-related subjects, including entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, and management.
• Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure they are aligned with industry trends and best practices.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
• Provide personalized guidance and mentoring to students, supporting their academic progress and career development.
• Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and presentations, providing constructive feedback to facilitate their growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and contribute to curriculum development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant business discipline.
• Previous experience teaching business-related subjects at the further education or higher education level is highly desirable.
• A passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring the effective delivery of lessons and assessment processes.
• Industry experience or relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
