Learning Support Worker
GRADE: Band D SCP 9 – 17 £25,119 – £28,770 per annum pro rata 

HOURS: 37 Hours per week, term time plus 1 week

West Bromwich Collegiate Academy is an oversubscribed Secondary School in the Black Country. The Academy opened its doors in September 2019 with 175 students and has continued to grow each year and is now at capacity with 805 students in 2023.

We are looking for a Learning Support Worker to join our behaviour team.

Key Responsibilities:

To teach small groups of students supporting their SEN requirements.
To tutor individual students.
Support students’ learning across the curriculum, tailoring support to match the students’ needs.
To promote inclusion and contribute to the successful induction of new students to the Academy.
