GTG Training

GTG Training is an independent training provider, established in Glasgow as a specialist further education provider for the automotive sector in 1971. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Arnold Clark Automobiles Ltd. Since the late 1980’s the business has evolved, and now delivers a wide portfolio of commercial, industry-led training courses. We are the 2nd largest provider of Modern Apprenticeships in Scotland. In April 2013 we invested in a dedicated 65,000 square foot training academy in Wolverhampton, allowing us to broaden our apprenticeship offer across England. In November 2016 GTG applied to the RoATP, to attain main provider status, which was approved in May 2017, and ongoing. We currently provide structured learning programmes for over 350 English apprentices, and are aiming to offer opportunities to many. many more.
