Captiva Learning is the engine room that sits behind the National College of Education which it trades as.  It has quickly become the largest provider of apprenticeship training to schools and runs the largest leadership Masters course in the country in any sector.  Our mission is to engage, empower, and inspire the next generation of professionals and leaders, supporting organisations to become deliberately developmental, through a culture of lifelong learning.  We believe we can transform life chances for all, through democratisation of access to professional learning to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours for current and future generations so they can reach their full potential.
