We have an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team who support our young people into positive outcomes!
You will lead and deliver on programmes to improve Young People’s employability and specific skills they need to help them succeed in the workplace, increasing their chances of obtaining a job offer, or go onto further education or training. These tailored programmes support young people in removing barriers to achieving their goals. The Teams Programme offers young people a mix of fun group activities and one-to-one support to develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the future!
You will be a team player who is committed to achieving excellent quality of work and agreed performance targets and to achieving the highest standards of personal performance.
It is essential that you have previous experience of working with young people, especially those who need confidence and motivation to succeed – either in education or further training, through work experience, volunteering or by securing a job of their choice.
The ideal candidate will have Prince’s Trust, NEET training or Youth Work experience, plus experience of managing residential courses for young people. Assessor and initial teacher training qualifications or the ability and willingness to work towards these would be desirable.

Contractual Details
Rate of Pay or Salary: £27,282 pro rata per annum
Working Time: full-time for 40 weeks. You will be expected to be on site for 34 hours per week during the 40 weeks. One week residential per course, for which an overnight allowance will be paid.
Contract Type: Permanent
Pension: Teachers Pension
Leave entitlement: 38 days per year plus bank holidays (pro-rated for part time) plus additional discretionary days at Christmas.
