TBCG is one of the largest FE providers in England and has grown rapidly in the last few years. We are seeking an Executive Head of Sixth Forms to oversee all aspects of our sixth form provision, ensuring the achievement of consistently high standards of educational excellence and delivery of an outstanding student experience that supports our learners’ aspirations.

The ideal candidate will possess significant sixth form experience along with a strategic vision for academic excellence, a passion for student achievement and a proven track record in nurturing a culture of high ambition and aspiration that underpins continual improvement.  If quality of education is your top priority and you have what it takes to drive curriculum development and enhance teaching standards that deliver excellent educational outcomes, we would like to hear from you.
