About the role:
We are looking to appoint a lecturer in Chemistry to teach on the Level 2 Gateway & L3 BTEC Applied Science study programmes for 16-18 year olds.
The role will be based in the Science Department in the Centre for Applied Sciences on our Angel campus
Units on the Applied Science Level 3 RQF will include Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry and Practical Sci Procedures & Techniques.
You will hold an Honours Degree in a Chemistry or a relevant subject, have relevant experience in teaching these to 16-18 year olds up to level 3. You will also hold, or be willing to obtain a recognised teaching qualification. You will be used to maintaining professional and quality standards, and keeping high quality documentation.
