Burnley College is looking for knowledgeable and experienced Aerospace Engineering experts and Manufacturing Engineers in Electrical and Mechanical, to work with our award winning Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering division. Dynamic and innovate the successful candidates will utilise their knowledge, experience and industry contacts to understand and focus on the needs of BAE Systems, enjoying a fast-paced career training the aerospace workforce of tomorrow. We’re looking for people who are passionate about Engineering and the difference they can make in educating and training young people in this sought after specialism.

This initiative supports industry experts to get into the further education sector where you can train as you earn and receive support to obtain a teaching qualification – both financially and in terms of support and on/off the job training, including a reduced timetable and work shadowing/mentoring.
