Learner Support Technician
Foundation Learning, Access to Learning
£9.99 per hour
The Foundation Learning Department works with young people with multiple barriers to learning and this is an excellent opportunity for someone with an understanding of these barriers and a passion to work with vulnerable young people.
You will require emotional resilience with challenging behaviour and an ability to use your own initiative to meet the needs of students in the department. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is able to safely transport our learners to and from other college sites and in the local and wider community.
Ideally, you will have previous experience of working with disengaged young people and have a passion to 'make a difference' so that our students have a great time at College, achieve their aims and progress into further study or work.
