The College is looking for talented, motivated staff to join our pool of versatile individuals on our Staff Bank.

We have opportunities in a wide range of subject areas across our 5 city centre locations.


The Role:

To contribute to achieving excellence in teaching and learning through innovative and excellent practice. You will be expected to create effective and stimulating learning opportunities for all students studying BTEC Level 3 Applied Science Diploma (Physics) through high quality teaching, learning and assessment. To monitor each student’s academic performance and provide feedback for improvements, supervise and motivate students to achieve their academic and personal goals. Our cohort within the Sixth Form is predominantly 16-18 year olds studying on the BTEC Level 3 Applied Science Programme. This role is specifically required to deliver the Physics Units to students studying on the Extended Diploma.


Responsible to: Head of School

A teaching qualification and teaching experience is a real advantage but not always essential.

Hourly rate of pay for casual lecturers: £17.13
