The Student Engagement team provides a range of services within the college including reception, careers, learning support and other pastoral support services to potential students and those enrolled to courses delivered by the college.
The post holder is responsible for ensuring outstanding customer service to students and all other stakeholders achieved through effective delivery and promotion of services, monitoring and continuous improvement.
The role includes administrative support for the Student Engagement Team and providing a range of services for students and supporting the college reception function.
. Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service, across the Student Engagement area, to provide all students and stakeholders with a consistent and positive impression of the college.
. Take a proactive approach to find new and innovative ways to promote the services available to students and improve communications with the wider college population.
. Provide administrative support to the student engagement functions, for example, student financial support
. To ensure the Student Engagement Team mailboxes have been cleared and all queries answered or sent to relevant members of staff.
