Salary: £30,089 - £36,482 per annum

Location: Bridgwater Campus

You will be responsible for the overall management, delivery and performance of the internal verification and quality assurance of the Level 3 Public Service provision at our Bridgwater Campus. This person will also play a key role in developing internal recruitment to our Level 3 and Higher Education Protective / Public Service provision.

We are expecting the new post holder to have pre-requisite experience within the Public Services and be able to draw on that experience to bring the curriculum to life. This is an exciting post that will require the post holder to maintain and develop excellent working relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring that learners can develop an appreciation for expectations and requirements of having a career within the Uniformed Public Services. To this end, the person appointed to the post will be expected to play a proactive role in growing links locally, regionally and nationally with key external agencies.

The post holder will be joining an AoC Beacon award winning provision and the College’s Sports, Outdoor Education and Public Services Department is outstandingly successful.
