We are seeking an Information, Advice and Guidance Officer (Support) to join our Student Services team and to provide excellent customer service within all Student Services activity.

You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. You will also have the experience of multi-agency liaison and experience of delivering outstanding customer service.

Your responsibilities will include delivering a high standard of administration and accurate recording on support activity and supporting the wider operations of the Student Services team.

The salary for this post is £18,492 - £19,708.
