Burnley College are seeking a Facilities Manager to be responsible for all aspects of the organisation’s facilities management team and premises staff to ensure the safety, cleanliness and security of the building and grounds at all times.

The successful post holder will have excellent communication and team working skills and will have a recognised Health and Safety qualification such as IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety and Health).

You will review heating, electricity and water usage and advise proposals for reduction in usage. You will also manage all aspects of any building projects and maintenance work undertaken on the campus. You will act as a point of contact in regards to liaising with building contractors and other related professionals, including contract negotiations.
