ESF Co-ordinator - £33,759 - £37,413 per annum – 36 hours per week – Fixed Term until March 2023
An opportunity has arisen for an ESL (European Social Fund) Co-ordinator until March 2023.
To implement, co-ordinate and report on our successful ESF bid for the Hospitality sector. The project is called ‘Hospitality Pathways; and relates to up-skilling people who are already working in the Hospitality industry and also supporting and recruiting people into this career.
This role will be a cross service function, liaising with teachers, heads of departments and the funding bodies to ensure that we successfully meet the targets set by the programme.
The successful candidate will be required to visit new business and market this programme so that we successfully recruit new referrals.
Working with ESF projects or similar is desirable as is someone who has proven experience of working on previous project management. Ability to work on your own initiative and build strong relationships with both employers and students.
We require someone who is used to working in a fast paced, target driven environment where customer service is paramount. Knowledge of skills and employment programmes would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will work with key partners to maximise the support and opportunities available to our customers.
