South Staffordshire College is a fast moving and dynamic further education college which incorporates centres at Tamworth, Lichfield, Cannock and Rodbaston.
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Rodbaston College for a highly experienced Curriculum and Resource Manager for the extensive Animal department. With over 500 Animal students enrolled onto our broad range of further and higher education courses, this is a thriving department and we are looking for an exceptional manager to play a pivotal role and continue to drive quality improvements within the curriculum delivery.
Rodbaston College boasts an impressive Animal Zone which houses a wide-ranging animal collection. This facility is used extensively as a curriculum resource by all our students whilst providing an excellent visitor attraction to the general public throughout the year. The post holder will have sound commercial acumen and further develop the strategy to continue to improve the resource and maximise income revenue to the area.
The post holder will be directly responsible for the line management and strategic direction of the Animal department to build on the existing success. This will involve continual monitoring and improvement of the student experience, maximising income streams and working with all stakeholders to provide a highly reputable department.
