We are currently looking for an Customer Support Technician to join our small but busy IT Team who are responsible for providing IT support to staff and students of Walsall College across all of our campuses.
Offering a professional, high quality customer service, you will be expected to communicate clearly and effectively dealing with a variety of hardware and software queries through the IT Helpdesk.
We are looking for someone who has a strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and PC hardware set-up and configuration.
Previous experience in a customer support or helpdesk role is advantageous, along with an IT related qualification.
