The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and inspiring Lecturer in Art & Design to deliver effective teaching, learning and assessment to learners within the Art, Graphics, Photography and Media departments whilst ensuring that our learners receive the best educational experience.

The post will involve the marketing, delivery and assessment of a range of courses across the curriculum in the area of Art, Graphics, Photography and Media. Course Leadership and internal verification responsibilities will also be involved in the job role.

Applicants must possess a degree or equivalent appropriate qualification in Art & design, with a specialism to include one of the following areas, fine art/photography/graphic design/media, and a Teaching Qualification to the required national standards. Level 2 in English, Mathematics & ICT qualifications are essential as is a commitment to attainment of student success.

Applicants with Assessor Awards D32,D33 or A1 and Verifier Awards D34 or V1 would be desirable or a willingness to achieve these awards in a timely manner.
