Our new CEO has created a unique new role, Deputy Chief Executive – People Experiences & Culture, to ensure that our staff and students are prioritised at the highest level and that a strategic focus on people is a key driver in the future of our College. Leading a multi-functional team of HR and student support staff, the new post holder will develop and embed innovative and effective support services that will enable our staff and students to thrive. Through developing and delivering an impactful People Experience Plan, which prioritises personal and organisational development, a progressive culture and opportunities to work and learn in an agile, flexible way, you will play a key role in further establishing Coleg Cambria as an employer of choice and a first class destination for students.
Our successful candidate will bring a strong track record in senior leadership and people management within a large, complex, values-based organisation. CIPD qualified, you should have strategic experience of human resources, organisational development and business planning, with the ability to lead on new initiatives and manage cross-organisational change. The ability to inspire people and instil innovation is of key importance, as is the commitment to prioritise, value and embed a people-centric organisational culture.
