About the Role
To support the Head of Funding and Compliance in the coordination of timely satisfaction/funding returns to external agencies. Responsible for ensuring that student and course records are accurate, up to date and meet current ILR data collection requirements.
The post holder will manage an ILR exception log, ensuring any issues preventing records from being included in the ILR are resolved in a timely fashion. They will be expected to take ownership of designated internal validations, ensuring data is corrected accordingly and in a timely fashion, escalating any issues. Overseeing the College’s course file and ensuring it is kept up to date.
