We are looking for a highly organised and approachable individual to provide administrative support for our FM Team!

Working 9.30am to 1.30pm Monday to Friday in this varied role, you will not only provide administrative and finance support for the team but will also be trained as our Display Screen Equipment Assessor. This is great opportunity for a resilient, experienced administrator, with the desire to learn new skills!

As well as having a working knowledge of Office 365, and ideally finance systems, you will have a real passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy keeping track of our various contractors, related bookings and finances. As a true multitasker, you will thrive off taking ownership of several work streams and thoroughly enjoy keeping yourself and others organised.

You will be joining an award-winning team, who not only delivers on point FM day to day services but is constantly implementing new value adds for the organisation such as: Feed me Fridays, e-reception services and new travel solutions.
