We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join the Burnley College’s Fitness Evolution team as a Graduate Strength and Conditioning Coach. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating the Elite Athlete Programme to a high standard.

With a degree level qualification (or equivalent) you will have the ability to plan, develop and deliver strength and conditioning programmes in line with the athletic programme pathway at the College. You will also have the experience of coaching in a variety of sports with athletes.

Your responsibilities will include supporting and entering athletes to compete regionally and nationally and to provide a platform for them to excel in their careers. You will also introduce new ways of training and testing to keep up with new developments and industry standards.

The salary for this post is up to £18,300.
