We are now looking to appoint the following:
£14.86 per hour
Working alongside the curriculum staff team in the Electrical Installation section, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and assessments to our learners, ranging from level 1 to level 3 on full time and work based provisions.
Based at the Science Technology and Maths (STEM) centre you will have the opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic and dedicated team, delivering a full range of Electrical Installation study programmes and apprenticeships. The post holder will be responsible for planning and developing the lessons to complement our existing Electrical Installation provision. You should have the motivation and aptitude to expand the offer and develop an exciting range of additional courses and commercial opportunities including Electrical Wiring Regulations.
You must have a relevant Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline. It would be desirable if you have a minimum of 2 years' of highly-effective teaching in Electrical Installation, and a PGCE, Cert Ed or Level 5 Teaching Diploma. Or a willingness to achieve this qualifications in a set time frame.
