RHACC is a Specialist Designated Institution for Adult Learning, providing a varied course offer to support the lifelong learning goals of adults. With daytime, evening, weekend and residential courses across two main campuses and in outreach venues, RHACC is able to meet a broad range of needs, and creates pathways to work and well-being.

We are seeking enthusiastic, knowledgeable and experienced sessional Cookery Tutors who can teach a range of courses from beginner to more advanced level. You will have a passion for food and broad knowledge of different food preparation skills, cookery, baking, food presentation techniques, and cuisines from around the world.

This is a new and exciting opportunity for the right candidate. As well as experience of working in the sector and having subject specific qualifications to a minimum of Level 3, we expect applicants to hold a teaching qualification to Level 3 or higher, or willingness to train.

As the successful candidate, the courses you will teach on are scheduled through the week including some weekends and evenings during the academic year. You will be teaching courses across our two main sites in Richmond and Surbiton, and possibly at outreach centres. The final teaching timetable will be negotiated with your line manager at the start of the year depending on the needs of the business.

If you are knowledgeable, dependable and interested in this work and have relevant qualifications and experience, please do apply for this rewarding role. We look forward to working with you.

Please note, all posts at the College are subject to the Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service, with child barred list check. Should the post be involved in regulated activity with vulnerable adults an adult barred list check will also be requested.
