The School of the Built Environment and Architecture currently offers some of London's best courses in areas such as architecture, building services engineering, civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying and building surveying. All our courses are closely linked with industry and accredited by the relevant professional institutions to the highest possible level.

The School is home to specialist facilities including the only anechoic chamber in London; the Digital Architecture Laboratory (DARLab); a Building Information Modelling (BIM) Centre; and a unique GBP 2.8 million sustainable energy centre, the Centre for Efficient and Renewable Energy in Buildings (CEREB).

The School is at the forefront of the new Higher and Degree Apprenticeship delivery. Our apprenticeship offer is rapidly expanding and we are seeking a passionate and driven individual who is committed to working with our academics and industry partners to develop the best Higher and Degree Apprenticeships in the sector. We work with almost 200 employers including Waterman Group, WSP, TfL, Laing O'Rourke, Arcadis, Troup Bywaters + Anders, and Foster and Partners.
